Cappy's Pizzeria

Known for being one of Tampa's best pizzas, Cappy's is a South Tampa institution. However it takes some planning to make it a Cappy's night, they are known for closing early, there is no delivery and you'll have to pay in cash. Oh and it's crowded (but for good reason, the pizza is fantastic).

poor service. pizza ok, but rude counter person. no credit cards?? sounds like some IRS scam??? no thanks. will stick with NYPD Pizza in Channelside. have never had a problem there.

Great NY Style pizza, crisp thin crust with the burnt like qualities from the brick ovens like in NY. Lots of gooey mozzerella, and a nice garlicky tomato sauce. CASH only, gets busy early(opens at 5pm), but worth the wait, and has outdoor dining too!
